As a former Senior Program Officer at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine and a Johns Hopkins-trained Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Public Health, I bring strong skills in research, systematic review, and writing. I want to use those skills to write about topics I care deeply about in connection with my cultural heritage, particularly postpartum nutrition and the science behind zuo yue zi.
